Our Story and Mission
Precision Industrial Group was built on the foundation established by Precision Tufting Components, a company founded by Gary Brock to serve the carpet and textile manufacturing industry.
For decades, Precision Tufting Components earned a reputation for quality, innovation, and customer service by manufacturing precision gauge parts and replacement components for tufting machines used throughout the world. Through hard work, strong customer relationships, and a commitment to continuous improvement, the company grew from a specialized supplier to a trusted partner within the textile industry.
As customer needs evolved, so did our business. What began as a manufacturer of tufting machine components expanded into precision machining, fabrication, industrial services, material handling products, and custom manufacturing solutions. Through strategic investments, advanced manufacturing technology, and the acquisition of several respected businesses, our capabilities continued to grow.
Today, Precision Industrial Group serves as the umbrella organization representing the diverse manufacturing and industrial service capabilities that have grown from the original foundation of Precision Tufting Components.

Following Gary Brock's leadership and vision, the next generation continues to build upon the foundation he established. Today, his sons, Craig Brock and Lee Brock, lead the organization's operating companies. Craig Brock serves as President of Precision Tufting Components, while Lee Brock serves as President of Precision Machine Works & Fabrication.
Together, they remain committed to preserving the values that have guided the company for decades while investing in new technologies, expanded capabilities, and strategic growth opportunities that position Precision Industrial Group for the future.
